Domain Expert AI · On-Premise · Private by Design
At ZionDelta Labs, we're building purpose-built AI systems for Australian trade businesses. Local inference, verified domain knowledge, zero cloud dependency. Intelligence that stays on-site.
Request Investor BriefThe Problem
Cloud LLMs are built for everyone — which means they're built for no one. Trades need precision, not probability.
General models guess at AS/NZS standards, wiring codes, and product specs. In trades, a wrong answer isn't an inconvenience — it's a compliance failure.
Trade businesses handle client addresses, security system layouts, building plans. Sending that to OpenAI or Google isn't just risky — many clients won't allow it.
Ask ChatGPT about trade-specific wiring standards or product compatibility. It'll give you a Wikipedia summary. A tradie needs actual specs, programming limits, and real-world procedures.
Hundreds of thousands of trade businesses in Australia. Not a single AI product built for their specific needs. The entire sector is running on manuals and tribal knowledge.
Our Approach
Not another chatbot wrapper. We're training domain expert models that run on local hardware, owned and operated by the business.
01 — Domain Expert
Our models are trained on curated, verified technical documentation — not scraped web data. They know products, standards, and procedures because we taught them precisely.
02 — On-Premise
Deployed on dedicated hardware at the customer's site. No internet required for inference. Client data never leaves the building. Compact devices powerful enough to run expert models, small enough to sit on a desk.
NVIDIA DGX Spark
Apple Mac Studio
03 — Private by Design
No API calls to external services. No telemetry. No data sharing. The model, the knowledge base, and every query stays within the customer's network perimeter.
The Technology
We're developing a training and deployment pipeline purpose-built for small-corpus, high-accuracy domain knowledge.
Custom SFT techniques optimised for ingesting dense technical documentation into compact, efficient models that retain precision over breadth.
RAG pipelines tuned for technical documentation — product datasheets, installation guides, standards references — with verified retrieval accuracy.
Processing technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and spec sheets alongside text. Trades are visual — the AI needs to be too.
Hardware-optimised inference for on-premise devices. Full model capability without cloud latency or connectivity requirements.
The Market
Australia's trade sector — electrical, building automation, HVAC, plumbing, security — represents over 350,000 businesses operating with dense, specialised technical knowledge.
Every one of these businesses navigates AS/NZS standards, product-specific certifications, and manufacturer documentation daily. The knowledge burden is enormous and growing.
Today, there are zero AI solutions purpose-built for Australian trades. Generic tools are either too shallow to be useful or too risky to trust with compliance-critical work. The regulatory environment makes this worse — a model trained on American electrical codes is actively dangerous in an Australian context.
This isn't a feature gap. It's a category that doesn't exist yet.
Progress
We're deep in R&D across multiple trade verticals, developing the training pipelines and deployment infrastructure to make domain expert AI real.
Functional domain expert model answering real technical queries
Automated extraction and verification pipeline producing validated technical facts
Systematic evaluation comparing fine-tuned vs retrieval approaches
Expert models running locally on consumer-grade GPU hardware at production speeds
The Vision
Our training pipeline is domain-agnostic. Once proven in trades, the same approach scales to any industry where privacy, accuracy, and local deployment matter.
Law firms handling sensitive client matters can't send case details to cloud AI. A local model trained on Australian case law, legislation, and court procedures — available on-premise, confidential by default.
ATO rulings, tax legislation, superannuation compliance — domains where a wrong answer has real financial consequences. On-premise models that know Australian tax law, not American.
Patient data can never leave the practice. Local AI trained on Australian Medicare schedules, PBS listings, clinical guidelines — private, compliant, and actually useful at the point of care.
Sovereign AI capability for agencies that can't use foreign cloud services. Classified knowledge that stays within Australian borders, on Australian hardware, under Australian control.
Every regulated industry in Australia has the same problem: dense domain knowledge, strict privacy requirements, and zero AI solutions built for them. We're building the platform to solve all of them.
The Ask
We're raising seed funding to scale our R&D and deploy the first production systems. The foundation is built — now we need the compute to prove it at scale.
